Seattle Mariners Logo

Primary Logo (1987-1992)

What is the Seattle Mariners Logo?

Just ten years after playing their first game, the Seattle Mariners introduced their third logo in franchise history while retaining the same royal blue and yellow colour scheme throughout. This logo, introduced in 1987, featured a royal blue M\'s trimmed in yellow and blue on a royal blue and white baseball. This logo would not last long either, replaced after just six seasons with an entirely new look for the 1993 season.

Notable Players of this era: Ken Griffey Jr., Edgar Martinez, Omar Vizquel, Randy Johnson, Mark Langston
