What is this Washington Nationals Logo?

Blue W with red trim and a pitcher in red and white throwing a pitch -- throwback to old Washington Senators logo of the 1960s. Set to be worn on a white front panel with red sides as a Nationals alternate cap starting in 2020 but the team just simply never wore the cap before it was quietly retired.
