Alternate logo of a right-facing white panther head inside a shield above stacked outlined custom Eastern Illinois type in blue, light blue, and gray. EIU Athletics unveiled a new panther design & typeface in October 2015 to replace the previous designs used since 2000. The school collaborated with Collegiate Licensing Company (CLC) on the new designs & color scheme.
