What is the Seattle Mariners Logo?

The Seattle Mariners original logo introduced for their expansion season in 1977 showed a royal blue trident flipped upside-down in the shape of the letter M with the club name written beside it on a yellow circle trimmed in royal blue and white. Used for just four seasons before the Mariners adopted the 1979 All Star Game logo as their full-time primary in 1981.
