Waterloo Black Hawks 50th Anniversary logo - A logo design competition was held by the Waterloo Black Hawks in conjunction with Puckdrawn.com, where artists from far and wide were able to send in their custom anniversary logo designs to Puckdrawn.com where each entry was put on public display in a gallery section. The Waterloo Black Hawks selected and unveiled this design, created by Peter Tessin of Angry Artist Designs, on their website on April 8th 2011. This anniversary logo design will be worn on the Waterloo Black Hawks jerseys throughout the 2011-12 USHL season, and will also be featured on various team merchandise that will be available for retail at the teams home games and through their online store at waterlooblackhawks.com.
