The Florida Panthers original primary logo featured a golden Florida panther leaping toward the viewer with navy blue, red, and white features, teeth bared, claws out, and tail behind. This version of the logo featured significantly darker shades of blue and red compared to the original which was used from 1993-94 until 1998-99
