What is the Atlanta Hawks Logo?

The Atlanta Hawks famous Pac-Man logo (as it has been unofficially referred to by fans) shows a red circle with the profile of the head of a hawk from the left. This logo, and that of the NHL Atlanta Flames were both unveiled at the same time and designed by the same advertising agency, McDonald and Little, with the intention that they go together as they both began play at their new home arena The Omni for their respective 1972-73 seasons.
