The Baltimore Ravens original bird profile alternate logo showed a side view of a black-and-white raven with an open beak trimmed in purple and gold. This logo won a team poll to become the new primary mark for the 1999 season, but the team modernized it to the version we are all familiar with before adopting it as their full-time logo.
